FCSI Annual Maintenance and Support Fees (Effective
November 30, 2001)
Pricing of annual maintenance and support for dbCAMS+ and dbLITE
is based upon seats. A seat is defined as the total number of simultaneous
people logged into the system at a single site. A site is defined
as any single office that operates under one book of business maintaining
one centralized database for FCSI software. If multiple books of
business occupy the same office, then each book of business is required
to have a separate licensed installation of our software. Additionally,
'branch' offices under the same book of business are considered
separate sites.
The
fees quoted below are Annual Maintenance and Support fees only.
These DO NOT include the initiation fee of the software or additional
seats. Please contact our Sales Department (301 533-1900) for current
software pricing information.
FCSI’s research indicates these fees are 10% lower, on average,
than our competitors.

FCSI
Billing Terms & Policies
(Effective 06/20/2001)
FCSI
follows commonly accepted business practices concerning billing
for accounts. FCSI reserves the right to modify this policy at any
time in its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
FCSI's
standard payment terms are net 30 days. As a courtesy, we allow
an additional 15 days to account for mailing inconsistencies.
For
past due accounts:
45 days past due
On the 45th day of non-payment FCSI sends a letter to the user in
question reminding the user that we have not received payment. This
letter allows the user an additional 10 days to make payment.
60 days past due
On the 60th day of non-payment, FCSI denotes that user as delinquent
in our database. This immediately denies additional services (Help
Desk and Web Site access) to the non-paying user's office.
90
days past due
On 90th day of non-payment, FCSI sends a final letter to the delinquent
user informing the user that all FCSI provided services will no
longer be available and that the user is considered inactive and
delinquent.
105
days to the 180 days past due
Any inactive delinquent user may utilize FCSI services again by
remunerating FCSI for the past due account as of the 90th day and
any additional License and Support Fees that would have been charged
on a pro-rata basis up through the 180th day. Any inactive delinquent
user reconciling with FCSI during this time frame will do so at
then current new user conditions, terms, and rates. Please note
that new user conditions and terms immediately imply up-front, non-refundable
annual dues and per seat fees.
After
180 days
Any inactive delinquent user must fully re-purchase FCSI services
at then current market rates as a new user at then current new user
conditions, terms, and rates.
