Important Dates Report Generator

ACT! has extensive reporting capablities but has some limitations. As a result, Act4Advisors includes a reporting mechanism allowing those users that have MS Excel to query and create reports based on various important dates.

The Important Dates Report in Act4Advisors allows you to select annual events such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Crummey Letters and Insurance Anniversaries. It also allows you to select date specific events such as Required Distribution Dates, Retirement Dates and Review Dates. Simply choose the date range you are looking for and an "active" report is generated in MS Excel. The report is "active" since you can then create a lookup in Act4Advisors of those on the report. Highlight the contact(s) and click on the Lookup Selected button. Birthdays include Contact, Spouse and Children easily helping the user create labels or letters to the correct person within the family. Required Distribution Dates and Retirement Dates are generated for both Contact and Spouse.
